What's Included:

Billing & Refund Policy

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled
Cancellation: You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; this stops future charges
No Prorated Refunds: Cancellation does not refund the current billing period
Payment Processor: All payments are securely processed by Stripe

No Refunds Are Provided For:

Profile removal due to content policy violations
Account termination for any reason
Unused subscription time
Lack of leads or client inquiries
Voluntary cancellation mid-cycle

Billing Acknowledgment

By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that:

You authorize recurring monthly payments
The Platform provides listing exposure only, with no guaranteed results
Subscription fees are non-refundable
Chargebacks for validly rendered services may result in account termination

Your Responsibilities

As a therapist listing on the Platform, you are responsible for:

Providing accurate and truthful profile information
Maintaining any required professional licenses or certifications
Complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
Providing professional, legitimate massage services
Handling all client communications, bookings, and payments directly
Resolving any disputes with clients independently
Maintaining appropriate liability insurance (recommended)
Following the Platform's Rules & Content Policy

Independent Contractor Status

You acknowledge that you are an independent professional. DKVISION LLC is not your employer, contractor, agent, or representative. You are solely responsible for your business operations, taxes, insurance, and legal compliance.

Profile Moderation

All profiles are subject to review and moderation by Platform administrators.

New profiles require approval before becoming publicly visible
Profile edits may be reviewed for compliance
Administrators may edit, modify, or remove content at any time
"Verified by Admin" means content compliance only, not credential verification

Removal Rights

DKVISION LLC reserves the right to remove, suspend, or terminate any profile at any time, for any reason or no reason, without prior notice or explanation.

No refunds are provided for removed profiles.

Prohibited Content

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal without refund:

Sexual, erotic, or adult services of any kind
Escorting, companionship, or "happy ending" services
Sexualized language, suggestive content, or nudity
Any illegal activities or services
Misleading, false, or fraudulent information
Stolen photos or copyrighted content
Impersonation or identity misrepresentation
Harassment, discrimination, or abusive content
