By accessing and using Massage For You ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Massage For You provides an online directory platform that connects massage therapists with potential clients. The Platform does not provide massage services directly and is not responsible for the services provided by therapists listed on the Platform.

3. User Accounts

For Clients: Browsing and searching is free. You may create an account to leave reviews and save favorites.

For Therapists: A paid subscription ($19/month) is required to maintain an active profile. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

4. Verification Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: We do not verify, validate, or confirm the licenses, certifications, or qualifications of therapists listed on our Platform. Profiles marked as "Verified by Admin" indicate only that our team has reviewed the profile for completeness and appropriateness, NOT that we have verified credentials or licenses.

Users are solely responsible for verifying the credentials and qualifications of any therapist before booking services. We strongly recommend asking therapists for proof of certification, insurance, and any relevant licenses.

5. Therapist Responsibilities

Therapists agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in their profiles
• Maintain current, valid professional credentials as required by their jurisdiction
• Conduct themselves professionally in all interactions
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Pay subscription fees on time

6. Prohibited Content

The following content is prohibited on the Platform:

• Sexually explicit content or services
• Illegal activities or services
• Misleading or fraudulent information
• Harassment, threats, or abusive content
• Spam or unsolicited commercial messages

7. Payment and Subscriptions

Therapist subscriptions are billed monthly at $19/month. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. Refunds are not provided for partial months. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

8. Limitation of Liability

Massage For You is a directory platform only. We are not liable for:

• Services provided by therapists
• Injuries or damages resulting from massage sessions
• Disputes between clients and therapists
• Accuracy of information provided by therapists
• Loss of data or service interruptions

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in inappropriate behavior. Therapists may cancel their subscriptions at any time from their dashboard.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
